2. Mandatory Order Verification

Since we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), all orders must be verified before dispatch:

Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Call after you place your order.
Orders will only be processed once they are verbally or digitally confirmed.
Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 48 hours to manage our inventory fairly.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is verified and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Karachi: 1–2 working days.
Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3–4 working days.
Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.
Note: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, strikes, or high-volume sale events.

4. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services such as Leopards, TCS, and BlueEx. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your parcel's journey.

5. Delivery Attempts & Refusals

Courier representatives will make up to two attempts to deliver your package.
Please ensure the exact amount is ready for Cash on Delivery.
Order Refusals: If a verified COD order is refused at the doorstep, the customer will be permanently blacklisted from future shopping at Girlly.co.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

As per our policy, a complete unboxing video (starting from the sealed courier flyer) is mandatory to claim any damages or missing items. If the flyer looks tampered with upon arrival, please do not accept it.
